WHAT WE’RE DOING TO SAFELY SERVE OUR GUESTS AND PROTECT OUR TEAM MEMBERS

Check in process for our guests:

  1. Guests will call from the parking lot to check-in using our main phone number (563-556-9642).

  2. Our guest service coordinators will direct you inside to the atrium, which will serve as our waiting area, where you will find chairs spaced 6 feet apart.

  3. As soon as your service provider is ready, they will meet you in the atrium to take your temperature and go over the liability form before beginning your service.

Other steps we're taking to safely serve our guests:

  • Team members and guests will not be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms

  • Team members and guests will wear protective facemasks

  • Guests will check out using a contactless method

  • The number of guests will be limited

  • Stations used in the salon at the same time will be 6 feet apart

  • Doors and exits will be sanitized multiple times throughout the day

  • Temporarily, beverages will no longer be offered. Guests are free to bring their own beverages

You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including door knobs, phones, and seating throughout the facility as well as the tools we use to perform services. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you are feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure and include fever, cough and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!
