Ann Fautsch is a certified yoga instructor with an additional certification in prenatal yoga. In her own words: "I came to the practice of yoga as a means to relieve stress. Along the way I discovered a practice that engages me mentally, physically and spiritually. I find the practice of yoga to be a natural complement to my 39 years of work as a Registered Nurse in the Dubuque Community. As a yoga teacher I hope to share my passion for yoga through practices that engage the students to find their breath, mental focus, physical strength and spirituality. I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification in 2009 and an additional certification in prenatal yoga in November 2015."
