Yoga is proven to reduce stress while increasing strength, balance, flexibility and overall well-being. Our yoga classes are fun and effective for all ages and levels of flexibility and include Vinyasa Yoga (Ana Forest), Restorative Yoga, Yogalates (blend of yoga and pilates) and Beginner Yoga classes.
For beginners, our four week program is designed to teach the basics. This program includes the fundamentals of alignment and breathing, basic standing and seated postures, balance poses, and relaxation techniques. You can join in anytime.
For specific needs, enjoy the amazing benefits of massage and one on one yoga therapy combined in our unique Yogassage experience or Thai massage. Each session is customized for you.
If you would like to deepen your practice further, you might consider the Yoga Teacher Training program. Upon successful completion of this 12 month, 200 hour training, you will be certified to teach yoga and qualified to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour teacher level.
