The brain is a powerful thing! Our thoughts control how cells move and respond in the body. They control how we respond to fat stores in the body. And they control our ability to lose and gain weight. Research also has shown that if you maintain your weight loss for a year, you will maintain the results long term since the neuronal patterns in your brain are well-established.

THIS TWELVE MONTH PROGRAM WILL:

• Raise your awareness of how your brain is working for and against your weight loss goals
• Provide you with practical, daily tools to change the way your brain is programmed
• Provide you with an easy to follow, regular meal and exercise plan to bring balance to your life / your weight and your brain.

SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS: WEDNESDAYS, 6:30-7:45PM

• ONCE A WEEK for 8 weeks beginning Wednesday, Sept 28 thru Nov 16
• THEN EVERY OTHER WEEK for one month: 11/30 & 12/14
• THEN MONTHLY: 2nd Wednesday of each month through MAY 10th
• THEN EVERY TWO MONTHS: 7/12 & 9/13 (last meeting – 17 meetings total)
